We offer these extenders on behalf of one of our clients who purchased these end of 2015 brand new but did not get planning permission to extend his approved rotor diameter size of 27m on his Vestas V27 and have therefore been in storage since. Vestas’ 29m Rotor Diameter:
- V27 blades = 13.04m
- Extender sections = 0.80m
- Half the diameter of V27 hub, including spinner = 0.60m
Total = 14.44m x 2 = 28.88m = V29 – 29m Rotor Diameter
